This 4.5" Stage 3 suspension system from ICON Vehicle Dynamics lifts and upgrades 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gas trucks to improve ride quality, handling, and off-road capability while enabling larger wheel and tire combinations. Designed for mixed use including on-road, towing, job-site duty, and general off-road adventures.

• Front lift: 4.5" (typical; varies with vehicle configuration)
• Rear lift: 2" via leaf spring expansion packs
• Dual-rate coil springs: Softer initial rate for on-road comfort with firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks: Vehicle-specific tune for improved handling and ride quality; corrosion-resistant hard anodized bodies with 7/8" shafts; fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit (ICON 2.0): Improved steering damping to control feedback from larger tires; corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets: Correct suspension geometry and caster for optimal alignment
• Track bar drop bracket: Centers the axle under the frame and reduces bump steer and steering feedback
• Leaf spring expansion packs: Provide 2" rear lift with improved ride quality, small bump compliance, and reduced axle wrap
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines, and high-quality extended brake line components

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications.
• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Front lift is typically 4.5" on non-Tremor models and 3.5" on Tremor-equipped trucks.
• Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle and 4WD crew cab gas configuration; actual heights may vary with options and accessories.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Use up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 6 mm.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes/backspace examples: 17x8.5 with 5" backspace; 18x9 with 5.25" backspace; 20x9 with 5.25" backspace.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part number 611081 is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce the accuracy of Onboard Scales, if equipped.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines.
