ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 3 Suspension System

High-performance 4.5" Stage 3 suspension system for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline models. Designed to improve ride quality and handling for on-road, towing, and off-road use while allowing fitment of larger tires and more aggressive wheel/tire combinations.

• Dual-rate coil springs: 4.5" front lift with a softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for compression control and off-road performance.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks: Internal reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tuning, corrosion-resistant hard anodized bodies and 7/8" shafts for improved handling and ride quality.
• Increased travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel compared to stock.
• Suspension geometry correction: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct geometry and caster for proper alignment; fabricated track bar drop bracket recenters the axle and reduces bump steer.
• Steering control: Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers (corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts) to reduce unwanted steering feedback from larger tires.
• Rear lift hardware: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit engineered for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road use.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components, engineered and tested as a complete system.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5 (5.00" backspace, 6mm offset); 18x9 (5.25" backspace, 6mm offset); 20x9 (5.25" backspace, 6mm offset).
• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines.
• Lift heights based on 4WD crew cab gasoline models.
• Front lift: 4.5" standard; with Tremor package the front lift is 3.5".
• Rear lift: 2".
• Use with 64038 adjustable track bar recommended.
