ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 2 Suspension System

This 4.5" Stage 2 suspension system is designed for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications. It provides a substantial front lift while improving ride quality, vehicle control, and the ability to fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations for on-road, towing, and mild off-road use.

• Front Lift: ICON engineered dual-rate coil springs deliver 4.5" of front lift (vehicle-specific variations explained in Notes).
• Rear Lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift while improving ride quality and reducing axle wrap.
• Shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific tune for improved handling and ride quality; increased oil volume and heat dissipation resist overheating and damper fade.
• Steering & Geometry Correction: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets restore suspension geometry and caster for proper alignment; track bar drop bracket recenters the axle and reduces bump steer.
• Steering Damping: Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with ICON 2.0 shocks improves steering feedback control when running larger tires.
• Durable Components: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant anodized shock bodies and 5/8" shafts.
• Install Hardware: Includes front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines.
• Serviceable & Tunable: Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Key Benefits: Improved on- and off-road manners, increased front wheel travel (approximately 50% over stock), superior bottoming resistance from dual-rate springs, and better small-bump compliance and load handling for towing and job-site duty.

Recommended Wheels & Tires: Up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger may require fender trimming or modifications). Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: 6 mm. Example wheel sizes: 17x8.5", 18x9", 20x9".

Notes

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications; only fits 4WD models.
• Does not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Shock serviceability: shocks are fully serviceable.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engines; lift heights shown are based on a stock-equipped 4WD crew cab gasoline vehicle.
• Tremor package: front lift is approximately 3.5" with Tremor-equipped trucks; front lift is approximately 4.5" without Tremor.
• Onboard scales / Dynamic Bending Headlamps: if the vehicle is equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, an additional part is required for compatibility.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Use with an adjustable track bar (part number 64038 recommended) to ensure proper axle centering and alignment after installation.
