ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 2 Suspension System

This 4.5" Stage 2 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD gasoline models while improving ride quality, handling, and the ability to fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for on-road, towing, and mild off-road use, the system balances comfort and durability for heavy-duty and job-site duty.

• Application: 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline
• Front lift: 4.5" (approximately; 3.5" front lift for trucks equipped with Tremor package)
• Rear lift: 2" via heavy-duty fabricated rear blocks and U-bolt kit
• Coil springs: ICON engineered dual-rate front coil springs — softer initial rate for on-road comfort and firmer secondary rate for bottoming resistance off-road
• Shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune; remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade
• Steering control: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets to correct geometry and caster; track bar drop bracket to center the axle and reduce bump steer; dual opposing steering stabilizer kit for improved steering damping
• Travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock
• Brake lines: Stainless steel braided front brake lines included
• Additional hardware: Front sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, extended brake lines, and other installation hardware included
• Construction: High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant anodized shock bodies and 5/8" shafts
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and re-tunable

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Lift heights are for a stock-equipped vehicle; shocks are fully serviceable.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Springs are rated for gasoline engine applications; lift heights shown are based on 4WD crew cab gasoline models.
• Recommended tire fitment up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel considerations: common sizes include 17x8.5, 18x9, and 20x9 with approximately 5.0–5.25" backspace and ~6mm offset (verify fitment for your wheel/tire combination).
• An adjustable track bar (sold separately) is required to properly center the axle and maintain correct steering geometry after lift installation.
