ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 1 Suspension System — 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD (Gasoline)

This ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 4.5" suspension system lifts the front of 2023–2025 F-250 and F-350 4WD gasoline models while improving ride quality, handling, and wheel travel. Designed for on-road, towing, and mild off-road use, the system allows fitment of larger, more aggressive tires and includes components to correct suspension geometry and maintain drivability.

• Fitment: 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD gasoline applications
• Front lift: Dual-rate coil springs providing up to 4.5" of front lift with improved vehicle control
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs providing 2" of rear lift while improving small-bump compliance and reducing axle wrap
• Shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune; corrosion-resistant anodized bodies, 5/8" shafts; fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock
• Geometry correction: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets to correct caster and maintain alignment; track bar drop bracket to reduce track bar angle and eliminate bump steer
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines
• Construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components engineered and tested as a complete system
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against spring breakage or sagging and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect

• Fits 4WD models only.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Lift heights are for stock-equipped vehicles and are based on 4WD crew cab gasoline configurations.
• Front lift varies by configuration: typically 4.5" without Tremor package and 3.5" with Tremor package.
• Maximum recommended tire size: up to 37" x 12.50".
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 6 mm.
• Use with 64038 adjustable track bar is recommended.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part number 611081 is also required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
