ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 4.5" Suspension System — 2020-2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD

ICON engineered progressive-rate coil springs and a complete Stage 5 suspension system to lift 2020–2022 Ford Super Duty trucks while preserving ride quality, predictability, and off-road performance. The system restores the advertised ride heights for the newer lower-riding models and is built for towing, job-site duty, and hardcore off-road use.

• Lift: 4.5" front (standard), 3" rear
• Stage 5 package includes: ICON dual-rate coil springs, adjustable track bar, 5" rear block kit, ICON CDC Valve 2.5 Aluminum Series front and rear piggyback reservoir shocks, and dual-opposing 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizer kit
• Radius arm system: Fabricated, fully boxed radius arms with sealed pivot bushings and drop brackets for on-vehicle caster adjustment, increased strength, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock (clears up to 37" tires without contact)
• Shocks: Vehicle-specific tune for superior ride quality; 2.5 Series hard-anodized aluminum bodies with 7/8" shafts; fully rebuildable and revalvable; CDC Valve provides 10-click compression adjustability
• Steering: Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit for improved on-road comfort and predictable handling
• Durability: FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection; lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sag and against ICON fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect

• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset)
• Recommended tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming and additional modifications)
• Springs are rated for diesel engines
• Lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab diesel configurations
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have approximately 3.5" front lift over stock
• Brake line kit (part number 61110) is optional for users who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or who prefer a braided stainless upgrade (not required for a complete install)
