ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Stage 4 Suspension System for 2020-2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD

This Stage 4 suspension system lifts 2020–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. Designed around progressive (dual-rate) coil springs and ICON high-performance shocks, the system maintains predictable on-road manners and durable off-road performance for towing, work duty, and hardcore adventure.

• System Lift: 4.5" front lift (typical); see notes for Tremor-equipped trucks
• Springs: ICON-engineered progressive/dual-rate coil springs for improved vehicle control across varying terrain
• Shocks: ICON CDC Valve 2.5 Aluminum Series front and rear piggyback reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific tune and 10-click compression adjustability
• Shock Construction: Hard-anodized, corrosion-resistant, one-piece impact-extruded aluminum bodies with 7/8" shafts; fully rebuildable and re-valvable
• Travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock
• Radius Arms: Fabricated, fully boxed radius arm system with sealed pivot bushings to minimize road feedback, provide long life and quiet operation, and offer tire clearance at full steering lock (supports up to 37" tires without contact)
• Track Bar & Mounting: Adjustable track bar included; compatible with recommended track bar bracket
• Durability: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sag and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect
• Bearings: High-quality rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection

• OEM wheels and tires fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and additional modifications may be required).
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab diesel configuration.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a front lift height of 3.5" over stock.
• An optional brake line kit (Part #61110) is available for users who prefer not to bend the factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade; not required for completion of installation.
• Ships in multiple boxes.
• Front raise height: 4.5" without Tremor package; 3.5" with Tremor package. Rear raise height: 3".
