ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 4.5" Suspension System (2020-2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD)

This Stage 4 4.5" suspension system is designed for 2020–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD Super Duty trucks. Engineered to correct the lower ride height of these model years, the system provides advertised lift heights while preserving ride quality, predictability, and off-road performance. It’s built for on-road driving, towing, job-site duty, and serious off-road use.

• Vehicle fitment: 2020–2022 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD
• Lift: Front raise height 4.5" (4.5" without Tremor); Rear raise height 3"
• Tremor-equipped trucks: Front raise height 3.5"
• Springs: ICON-engineered progressive dual-rate coil springs for exceptional vehicle control over varying terrain
• Shock absorbers: ICON CDC Valve 2.5 Aluminum Series front and rear piggyback reservoir shocks with hard-anodized, corrosion-resistant, one-piece impact extruded aluminum bodies and 7/8" shafts
• Adjustability: ICON CDC Valve provides 10 clicks of compression adjustability; shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable
• 4-Link kit: ICON 4-Link system eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster through the full travel range
• Travel: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock

Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes:

• 17 x 8.5" with 5" backspace / 6mm offset
• 18 x 9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
• 20 x 9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset

Tire recommendation: Use up to 37" x 12.50" tires. Larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming and other modifications.

Installation & compatibility notes:

• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• Lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab diesel configuration
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have a reduced front lift height (3.5") compared to non-Tremor trucks (4.5")
• Track bar bracket compatibility: use with Track Bar Bracket Part Number 64039
• Brake line kit (Part #61110) is optional for users who prefer not to bend the factory steel lines or want a braided stainless upgrade; not required for a complete install
