ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 4.5" Suspension System

This Stage 4 suspension system is designed to lift 4WD 2017–2019 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty trucks by approximately 4.5" front and 3" rear while improving ride quality, towing capability, and off-road performance. The system combines dual-rate coil springs, sealed-radius-arm design, and high-performance piggyback reservoir shocks for enhanced durability and control on- and off-road.

• Front lift: Approximately 4.5"

• Shock package: CDC Valve 2.5 aluminum-series front and rear piggyback reservoir shocks with corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum bodies and 7/8" shafts
• Adjustability: CDC valve provides 10 clicks of compression adjustment; shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable
• Springs: ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs for improved control across varying terrain; lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sag
• Radius arms: Fabricated, fully boxed radius arms with sealed pivot bushings for reduced road feedback, long life, quiet operation, and a profile optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock
• Hardware & bearings: Rod-end bearings provide extended longevity and minimal deflection

• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• This system may require a carrier-bearing drop bracket or other driveline modifications for proper driveshaft alignment.
• ’08–current Super Duty models with gas engines may require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• A brake-line kit is optional for users who prefer not to bend factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade (not required for a complete install).
