ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 4.5" Suspension System — 2017-2019 Ford F250 / F350 4WD

This Stage 4 suspension system provides a 4.5" front lift and improved ride quality and performance for on-road, towing, job-site duty and off-road use. The complete system includes dual-rate coil springs, adjustable track bar, 5" rear block kit and 2.5" aluminum-series piggyback reservoir shocks with ICON CDC valve.

• Fitment: 2017–2019 Ford F250 / F350 4WD
• Front raise height: 4.5 in
• Rear raise height: 3 in
• Shocks: 2.5" aluminum piggyback reservoir with CDC valve, 7/8" shafts; fully rebuildable and revalvable
• Adjustability: CDC valve provides 10 clicks of compression adjustment
• Springs: ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs for improved vehicle control over varying terrain
• 4-Link system: Eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster through travel
• Travel increase: Approximately 50% increased front wheel travel over stock
• Bearings: FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection

Recommended wheel and tire guidance:

• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset)
• Recommended tire: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required)

• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• System may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit (33700)
• ’08–current Super Duty models with gas engines may need exhaust modified to clear the front driveshaft
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• Brake line kit (Part # 61110) is optional for users who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade
