ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 4-5.5" Coilover Conversion System (2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD)

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 coilover conversion system lifts 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD trucks while greatly improving ride quality, towing and on-road manners, and off-road capability. This bolt-in system replaces the OE coil location with ride-height adjustable 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir coilovers and includes components to increase front damping capacity, strengthen suspension links, and correct track and steering geometry.

The system is tuned for daily driving, towing, washboard and gravel roads, and more aggressive off-road use. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) provides near-instant compression damping adjustments at each shock and can be configured and controlled wirelessly via the IIC app.

• Coilovers: ICON 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir, ride-height adjustable, CAD-plated bodies with 7/8" shafts
• Front secondary shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote-reservoir secondary shocks for increased front damping
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks, vehicle-specific valving
• Steering stabilizer: ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping
• Radius arms: Fabricated radius arms with built-in caster cams, maintenance-free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock
• Track bar: Fabricated drop bracket to recenter the axle and reduce bump steer; adjustable track bar for on-vehicle fine-tuning
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable
• Construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and vary by configuration.
• Front lift ranges by configuration: diesel without Tremor 4–5.5", diesel with Tremor 3–4.5", gas without Tremor 4.5–6", gas with Tremor 3.5–5".
• Variations such as Single Rear Wheels (SRW), Dual Rear Wheels (DRW), and OnBoard Scales may affect final lift ranges and requirements.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes and offsets: 17x8.5" w/ 5" backspace (6mm offset), 18x9" w/ 5.25" backspace (6mm offset), 20x9" w/ 5.25" backspace (6mm offset).
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, the sensor bracket part number 66204 may be required; for vehicles with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 may also be required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce the accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
• Due to tight clearances and varying wiring harness placement in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage.
