This Stage 9 coilover conversion system lifts and upgrades the suspension of 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD trucks to improve ride quality, towing performance, and off-road capability while allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed for 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications.
• Bolt-in conversion: Installs in the OE coil bucket location for a clean, chassis-integrated fit.
• Adjustable front lift: ICON 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir coilovers provide ride-height adjustability and deliver substantial front lift (actual range varies by vehicle configuration).
• Increased front damping: Includes 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote-reservoir secondary front shocks to increase front damping capacity and off-road performance.
• Active damping control: Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each shock enables in-vehicle adjustment and active damping via ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
• Wireless control: IIC allows wireless configuration and automatic, near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments based on vehicle motion and user settings.
• Steering control: ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir improves steering damping and reduces steering feedback with larger tires.
• Rear lift components: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit provide a rear lift and are built for towing, hauling, and off-road use; ICON 2.5 piggyback rear shocks are tuned for improved handling and ride quality.
• Strength & articulation: Fabricated radius arms increase strength, incorporate caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, use maintenance-free bushings, and improve tire clearance at full steering lock while eliminating drop brackets to raise chassis ground clearance.
• Steering geometry: Fabricated track bar drop bracket and an adjustable track bar correct axle centering, reduce track bar angle, and minimize bump steer for improved handling.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended front brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies and 7/8" shafts.
• Brake lines: Stainless steel braided front brake lines included for durability and safety.

Recommended tire & wheel guidance: Supports up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications). Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets are approximately 6 mm. Typical recommended wheel sizes and backspacing: 17x8.5 (5.0" backspace), 18x9 (5.25" backspace), 20x9 (5.25" backspace).

Performance note: This system increases wheel travel and overall ride quality compared to stock suspension; shock valving and system tuning are vehicle-specific to balance on-road comfort and off-road control.

• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Lift heights vary by engine, Tremor package, onboard scales and other vehicle configurations; front lift ranges approximately 2.5"–6.0" depending on configuration, rear lift approximately 2".
• Requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app for system configuration.
• Installer must ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness (upper front-passenger wheel well area), coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage; verify and protect wiring as needed.
• Recommended tire sizes, wheel offsets, and lift heights may require additional vehicle modifications such as fender trimming; verify fitment before final installation.
