This ICON Stage 8 4-5.5" coilover conversion system is designed to lift and improve the ride quality and performance of 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD trucks while enabling fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The bolt-in system is engineered for on-road comfort, towing and job-site duty, while remaining capable off-road.

• Ride height adjustable 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers provide a front lift range and on-vehicle adjustability for tuning ride height and performance.
• CDEV electronic compression valve (CDEV) with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) provides near-instant active compression damping adjustments and in-vehicle tuning via a mobile app.
• Option for secondary shocks in the stock location to double damping capacity when needed.
• Fabricated radius arms increase strength over OE units, include built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, use maintenance-free bushings, and improve tire clearance at full steering lock while increasing chassis ground clearance.
• Track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar correct axle centering, reduce bump steer, and allow fine tuning of track alignment for improved handling.
• ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir improves steering damping and reduces steering feedback from larger tires.
• Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift with improved small-bump compliance and reduced axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
• Vehicle-specific valving for front and rear shocks delivers improved ride quality and handling versus smaller-series shocks.
• Included hardware such as fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines.
• Durable construction featuring CNC-machined, laser-cut and brake-formed components, corrosion-resistant coatings, and heavy-duty materials.

• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Designed for single rear wheel (SRW) models.
• Front lift ranges vary by powertrain and Tremor package:
  • Diesel without Tremor: ~4.0–5.5"
  • Diesel with Tremor: ~3.0–4.5"
  • Gas without Tremor: ~4.5–6.0"
  • Gas with Tremor: ~3.5–5.0"
• Rear lift is approximately 2".
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50".
• Recommended wheel examples: 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 with appropriate backspacing; target ~6mm offset for many configurations.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; secondary shock options are available.
• Requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket for installation.
• Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control mobile app.
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage.
