ICON Stage 8 4-5.5" Coilover Conversion System

The ICON Stage 8 coilover conversion system lifts and upgrades suspension performance for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD trucks. Designed to improve on-road comfort, towing stability, and off-road capability while allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Ride height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilovers provide 4–5.5" front lift (vehicle- and configuration-dependent) and allow on-vehicle ride height adjustment.
• Remote reservoir design increases oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade under hard use.
• Option for secondary shocks — coilovers accept mounting of secondary shocks in the stock location to effectively double damping capacity.
• Fabricated radius arms increase strength over OE arms, include built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock while eliminating drop brackets to raise chassis ground clearance.
• Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar properly center the axle, reduce bump steer, and allow fine tuning of track alignment for improved handling.
• ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer uses a 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shock for increased steering damping and improved control with larger tires.
• Heavy-duty 5" rear lift blocks and U-bolt kit are designed for towing/hauling duty and aggressive off-road use, providing approximately 2" rear lift.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks are vehicle-specific valved for improved handling and ride quality compared to earlier series.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV enables near-instant compression damping adjustments via onboard sensors and wireless control through the IIC app.
• Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Durable construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components with corrosion-resistant finishes and serviceable shock designs.

Notes

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications only; does not fit F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are vehicle- and configuration-dependent.
• Typical front lift ranges by model/configuration:
  • Super Duty diesel without Tremor: 4–5.5"
  • Super Duty diesel with Tremor: 3–4.5"
  • Super Duty gas without Tremor: 4.5–6"
  • Super Duty gas with Tremor: 3.5–5"
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 6 mm; common wheel sizes for this system include 17x8.5", 18x9", and 20x9".
• Installation requires removal of the factory coil centering cup from the coil bucket.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app for system configuration and wireless control.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Secondary shock options available; if installing ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks, a reservoir doubler kit (p/n 611003) is required. If secondary shocks are CDEV equipped, use p/n 191207.
• If vehicle is equipped with OnBoard Scales, a sensor bracket (p/n 66204) is required.
• Due to tight clearances and variable wiring harness routing in the upper front-passenger wheel well, ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage.
