This 4–5.5" coilover conversion Stage 7 suspension system is designed for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD models. It improves ride quality and control, increases wheel travel, and allows fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations for on-road use, towing, job-site duty, and off-road adventures.

• Fitment: 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications (single rear wheel models only)
• Bolt-in design: Installs in the OE coil bucket location
• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers provide approximately 4–5.5" of front lift (vehicle- and equipment-dependent; see notes)
• Secondary front damping: 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir secondary front shocks included to increase front damping capacity
• Rear damping: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific tune
• Adjustable damping: Front, secondary front, and rear shocks feature externally adjustable CDC valves with 10 compression settings
• Fabricated radius arms: Increased strength, built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock
• Track bar: Fabricated drop bracket to center the axle and reduce bump steer; adjustable track bar for fine tuning alignment and improved handling
• Steering stabilizer: 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and ground clearance
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift while improving small-bump compliance and reducing axle wrap
• Chassis accessories: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines included
• Construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant finishes and 7/8" shafts on shock bodies

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are based on a stock-equipped vehicle and will vary with cab, drivetrain, and options.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Lift height ranges by configuration:
  • Diesel (without Tremor): approximately 4–5.5" front
  • Diesel (with Tremor): approximately 3–4.5" front
  • Gas (without Tremor): approximately 4.5–6" front
  • Gas (with Tremor): approximately 3.5–5" front
• Recommended maximum tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5, 18x9, or 20x9 with approximately 6 mm offset (verify clearance and backspacing for specific wheel/tire combinations).
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, a sensor bracket (part number 66204) is required.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, the installer must ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness and coilover reservoirs to prevent chafing or damage.
