ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Coilover Conversion System

This Stage 7 coilover conversion system lifts 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD models while improving ride quality, on- and off-road performance, and clearance for larger wheel and tire combinations. Designed for towing, job-site duty, washboard roads and more aggressive off-road use, the system combines remote-reservoir coilovers, secondary front shocks, reinforced suspension arms and supporting hardware for a complete bolt-in solution.

• Fitment: 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications (bolt-in, OE coil bucket location)
• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series CDCV coilovers providing approximately 4–5.5" of lift (varies by model and equipment — see notes)
• Rear lift: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks provide approximately 2" of rear lift
• Coilover design: 2.5 Series CDCV remote-reservoir coilovers increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist damper fade
• Secondary front damping: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote-reservoir secondary front shocks included to increase front damping capability
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving
• Adjustability: Front, front-secondary and rear CDCV shocks feature externally adjustable compression with 10 settings
• Radius arms: Fabricated radius arms provide increased strength, on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance-free bushings and improved tire clearance at full steering lock
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket corrects axle centering and bump steer; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning
• Steering stabilizer: 2.5 Aluminum Series Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and ground clearance
• Hardware & accessories: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines and U-bolt kit included
• Construction: CNC-machined, laser-cut and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant finishes and 7/8" shock shafts for durability
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Recommended maximum tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• OEM wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes (example widths): 17x8.5", 18x9", 20x9" (verify backspacing/offset for fitment).
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, an additional sensor bracket (part 66204) is required.
• Shocks include externally adjustable CDCV valves with 10 levels of compression damping adjustment.
• Front lift ranges by model and equipment (approximate):
  • Super Duty diesel without Tremor: 4.0" – 5.5"
  • Super Duty diesel with Tremor: 3.0" – 4.5"
  • Super Duty gas without Tremor: 4.5" – 6.0"
  • Super Duty gas with Tremor: 3.5" – 5.0"
• Rear lift is approximately 2" with the included heavy-duty blocks.
• Ensure adequate clearance between vehicle wiring harnesses and coilover reservoirs in the upper front-passenger wheel well to prevent chafing/damage.
