ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 4–5.5" Coilover Conversion System

ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 coilover conversion system lifts 2023–2025 Ford Super Duty trucks while improving ride quality, towing and on-road manners, and off-road capability. The bolt-in system uses 2.5 Series remote-reservoir CDCV coilovers with ride-height adjustability, fabricated radius arms, an adjustable track bar, and a high-performance steering stabilizer to allow larger tires and more aggressive wheel/tire fitments without sacrificing control.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed for 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications.
• Front lift: 4–5.5" front lift range via ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series coilovers (final range depends on powertrain and factory Tremor equipment).
• Rear lift: 2" rear lift with leaf spring expansion packs to improve ride quality and reduce axle wrap.
• Coilovers: ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir CDCV coilovers with externally adjustable valves offering 10 compression settings, increased oil volume and improved heat dissipation.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving; front and rear CDCV-equipped for external compression adjustment. Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Radius arms: Fabricated radius arms with built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, increased strength, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock.
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar correct axle centering, reduce bump steer, and improve steering feedback and handling.
• Steering stabilizer: 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and increased ground clearance.
• Hardware included: Front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Construction & finish: CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant plated and hard-anodized finishes; 7/8" shock shafts.

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models. Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Front lift ranges vary by model and equipment:
  • Super Duty diesel without Tremor: 4–5.5" front lift.
  • Super Duty diesel with Tremor: 3–4.5" front lift.
  • Super Duty gas without Tremor: 4.5–6" front lift.
  • Super Duty gas with Tremor: 3.5–5" front lift.
• Rear lift is approximately 2" using leaf spring expansion packs.
• Maximum recommended tire: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 6 mm (wheel fitment may vary by wheel design).
• Removal of the factory coil centering cup from the OE coil bucket is required for installation.
• Secondary/remote reservoir shock options are available to increase damping; reservoir doubler kit may be required when using secondary shocks.
• Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable; CDC valves provide 10 external compression settings for tuning.
• Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required after installation.
• Vehicles equipped with OnBoard Scales or Dynamic Bending Headlamps may require additional sensor/bracket items and/or modifications for proper fitment.
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, verify adequate clearance between vehicle wiring harnesses and coilover reservoirs during installation to prevent chafing or damage.
