ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 4-5.5" Coilover Conversion System

This Stage 5 coilover conversion system from ICON Vehicle Dynamics lifts 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks while improving ride quality, towing capability, and off-road performance. The bolt-in design enables fitment of larger wheel and tire combinations and provides on-vehicle ride height adjustment and enhanced shock cooling for demanding use.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed for 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD models.
• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers providing approximately 4–5.5" of front lift (varies by model/configuration).
• Shock technology: 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with ICON CDCV external compression adjustment (10 settings) for improved damping control and heat dissipation.
• Expandable damping: Coilovers accept optional secondary shocks mounted in the stock location to increase damping capability.
• Strength & adjustability: Fabricated radius arms with maintenance-free bushings and built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, improved tire clearance at full lock, and increased ground clearance.
• Steering geometry: Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar correct track alignment, reduce bump steer, and improve steering feel.
• Steering stabilizer: ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and ground clearance.
• Rear lift hardware: Heavy-duty fabricated rear lift blocks and U-bolts designed for towing, hauling, and off-road use.
• Hardware & protection: Includes front sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided front brake lines.
• Corrosion resistance & serviceability: Corrosion-resistant shock bodies and shafts; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Manufacturing quality: CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components with extensive testing and system tuning.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications).
• Front lift ranges vary by powertrain and package: diesel without Tremor ~4.0–5.5", diesel with Tremor ~3.0–4.5", gas without Tremor ~4.5–6.0", gas with Tremor ~3.5–5.0".
• Secondary shock options are available.
• Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable.
• Installer must ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness and the coilover reservoir to prevent chafing or damage.
