ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4-5.5” Lift Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System

This Stage 4 coilover conversion system lifts 4WD Super Duty trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. The bolt-in design provides ride height adjustability, increased wheel travel, and the ability to run larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Fitment: 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD
• Front suspension: ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with ride-height adjustability and vehicle-specific valving
• Optional secondary shocks: Coilovers provide mounting option for secondary shocks to double damping capacity
• Heat management: Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation
• Radius arms: Fabricated radius arms with on-vehicle caster cams, maintenance-free bushings, improved tire clearance at full lock, and increased ground clearance
• Track bar: Fabricated drop bracket to center the axle and reduce bump steer, plus an adjustable track bar for fine tuning alignment and improved handling
• Steering control: Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizer shocks to reduce steering feedback from larger tires
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs for approximately 2" of rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap
• Rear damping: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific tuning
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines
• Construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant finishes
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models. Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Front lift ranges vary by model and equipment:
  • Super Duty diesel without Tremor: front lift approximately 4"–5.5"
  • Super Duty diesel with Tremor: front lift approximately 3"–4.5"
  • Super Duty gas without Tremor: front lift approximately 4.5"–6"
  • Super Duty gas with Tremor: front lift approximately 3.5"–5"
• Rear lift is approximately 2".
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50". Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: ~6 mm.
• Installation requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, the corresponding sensor bracket is required. If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, additional brackets may be required.
• If installing remote-reservoir secondary shocks, a reservoir doubler kit is required for that configuration.
• Due to tight clearances near the upper front-passenger wheel well, verify adequate clearance between the wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and adjacent components to prevent chafing or damage.
• Lift heights listed are based on stock-equipped vehicles and may vary with trim, load, or accessories.
