This Stage 4 coilover conversion system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD models while improving ride quality, towing capability, and off-road performance. The bolt-in design provides ride-height adjustability, increased wheel travel, and the option to fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide a front lift range and allow on-vehicle adjustment.
• 2.5 Series remote-reservoir design increases oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade under hard use.
• Option to mount secondary shocks in the stock location to double damping capability (secondary reservoir installation requires a reservoir doubler kit).
• Fabricated radius arms add strength, include on-vehicle caster cams for adjustment, use maintenance-free bushings, improve tire clearance at full steering lock, and eliminate drop brackets for higher chassis ground clearance.
• Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar correct track alignment, reduce bump steer, and improve steering feedback and overall handling.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizers improves steering damping for larger tires and reduces undesirable feedback.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks feature vehicle-specific valving for improved handling and ride quality on- and off-road.
• Heavy-duty rear lift blocks and U-bolts are designed for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road use.
• Included hardware includes front sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• High-quality construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components; corrosion-resistant coatings on shock bodies and large-diameter shafts where applicable.
• Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable to support long-term service and tuning.

Notes:

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD models only.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Recommended maximum tire: 37" x 12.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel dimensions: 17x8.5", 18x9", or 20x9" with approximately 6 mm offset.
• Rear lift is approximately 2".
• Front lift ranges vary by engine and Tremor package:
  • Diesel without Tremor: 4.0"–5.5"
  • Diesel with Tremor: 3.0"–4.5"
  • Gas without Tremor: 4.5"–6.0"
  • Gas with Tremor: 3.5"–5.0"
• Removal of the coil-centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If installing secondary ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir shocks, a reservoir doubler kit is also required.
• If the vehicle is equipped with an OnBoard Scales system, a sensor bracket is required.
• Due to varying wiring harness placement in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage.
• Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable.
