This 4–5.5" Stage 3 coilover conversion system for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty (4WD) improves ride quality, towing and on-road manners while enhancing off-road capability and allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers providing up to 4–5.5" of front lift (varies by model and package)
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2" of rear lift and improved small-bump compliance
• Coilovers: Bolt-in design fits OE coil bucket location; option to mount secondary shocks in the stock location
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers, ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific tuning; shocks fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Cooling & durability: Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation
• Radius arms: Fabricated radius arms with built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, improved tire clearance at full lock, and increased ground clearance without drop brackets
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket to properly center the axle and reduce bump steer
• Steering: Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizer shocks for improved steering damping
• Brake lines & hardware: Stainless steel braided front brake lines and high-quality stainless extended brake lines included
• Additional kit items: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, corrosion-resistant hardware
• Construction: CNC machined, laser cut and brake formed components; corrosion-resistant anodized and plated shock bodies with 7/8" and 5/8" shafts where specified
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging

• Fits 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD (single rear wheel models)
• Recommended tire size: Up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications)
• Recommended wheel sizes / offset: 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset)

• OEM wheels & tires fitment: Yes
• Only fits 4WD models
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models
• Lift heights shown are for stock-equipped vehicles and may vary by cab, axle, engine and equipment
• Front lift ranges by model and package:
  • Diesel without Tremor package: approximately 4.0"–5.5"
  • Diesel with Tremor package: approximately 3.0"–4.5"
  • Gas without Tremor package: approximately 4.5"–6.0"
  • Gas with Tremor package: approximately 3.5"–5.0"
• Requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket for installation
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, sensor bracket part number 66204 is required
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 is required
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped
• Secondary shock options are available; if installing ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks, reservoir doubler kit part number 611003 is required
• Ensure adequate clearance between vehicle wiring harness and coilover reservoir to prevent chafing or damage
