ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 4-5.5” Coilover Conversion System

This Stage 3 coilover conversion from ICON Vehicle Dynamics lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Super Duty trucks while improving on-road comfort, towing stability, and off-road capability. The bolt-in system allows end-user ride height adjustment and supports larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Ride height adjustable 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers — provide up to 4–5.5" of front lift (varies by model and package).
• Remote reservoirs — increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under heavy use.
• Optional secondary shocks — coilovers allow mounting secondary shocks in the stock location to effectively double damping; secondary-shock reservoir doubler kit required when applicable.
• Fabricated radius arms — increased strength over OE arms, built-in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance-free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock while eliminating drop brackets to raise chassis ground clearance.
• Fabricated track bar drop bracket — recenters the axle under the frame and corrects bump steer for improved steering manners on- and off-road.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit — ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series stabilizers improve steering damping and control undesirable feedback from larger tires; corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts.
• Rear lift components — heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit to lift the rear (approx. 2").
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks — vehicle-specific valving for improved handling and ride quality; hard-anodized bodies with 7/8" shafts; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Included hardware — fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Durable construction — CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant finishes; lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging.

Notes

• Fits 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD applications only.
• Not compatible with F-350 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Front lift height varies by engine and package:
  • Super Duty diesel without Tremor: 4–5.5"
  • Super Duty diesel with Tremor: 3–4.5"
  • Super Duty gas without Tremor: 4.5–6"
  • Super Duty gas with Tremor: 3.5–5"
• Rear lift is approximately 2".
• Recommended tire fitment: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Removal of the factory coil centering cup from the coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with OnBoard Scales, sensor bracket part number 66204 is required.
• Secondary shock options are available; if installing ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks, reservoir doubler kit part number 611003 is required.
• Use with adjustable track bar 64038 is recommended to maintain proper axle position and alignment.
• Installer must ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area and the coilover reservoir to prevent chafing or damage.
• Shocks are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and re-tunable; components feature corrosion-resistant treatments for long-term durability.
