This 4-5.5" Stage 9 coilover conversion system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD Super Duty trucks while dramatically improving on-road comfort, towing stability, and off-road performance. The kit combines ride-height adjustable 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers, secondary remote-reservoir front shocks, a 4-link front suspension, and supportive rear hardware to increase wheel travel, control, and overall vehicle dynamics.

• Vehicle fit: Designed for 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD Super Duty applications (single rear wheel).
• Bolt-in installation: Fits in the OE coil bucket location after removal of the factory coil centering cup.
• Adjustable front lift: Ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series coilovers providing the specified front lift range (varies by model and options).
• Improved cooling and durability: 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers and secondary 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir front shocks increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist cavitation and fade.
• Advanced damping control: CDEV (Compression Damping Electronic Valve) technology provides in-vehicle compression adjustment and active damping through ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
• Wireless tuning: ICON Intelligent Control monitors chassis movement and adjusts compression damping; system setup and control are available via the ICON app.
• Rear shock performance: Vehicle-specific tuned ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks for improved handling and ride quality.
• Front suspension improvements: ICON 4-Link system eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster throughout travel for superior on- and off-road ride quality.
• Steering and alignment: Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar reduce bump steer and allow on-vehicle alignment tuning; ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir improves steering damping.
• Rear lift and compliance: Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift with improved small-bump compliance and reduced axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
• Hardware included: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies and 7/8" shafts; shocks are fully serviceable.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5", 18x9", or 20x9" with approximately 5.0–5.25" backspace and ~6mm offset.
• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) configurations only.
• Removal of the factory coil centering cup is required for installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; indicated lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle and may vary by configuration.
• Front lift ranges by model and package:
  • Diesel without Tremor: ~4.0"–5.5"
  • Diesel with Tremor: ~3.0"–4.5"
  • Gas without Tremor: ~4.5"–6.0"
  • Gas with Tremor: ~3.5"–5.0"
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app for system configuration and control.
• If the vehicle is equipped with dynamic bending headlamps and/or onboard scales, additional components may be required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may affect accuracy of onboard scales if equipped.
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness and the coilover reservoir to prevent chafing; adjust routing as needed.
