ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 Coilover Conversion System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 coilover conversion system is a bolt-in suspension upgrade for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. It provides substantial front lift while improving on- and off-road ride quality, damping control, and compatibility with larger wheel and tire combinations.

• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series coilovers delivering approximately 4–5.5" of front lift (varies by vehicle and options).
• Coilover technology: 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir coilovers with increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under heavy use.
• Secondary front damping: 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir secondary front shocks included to increase front damping capacity for demanding use.
• Active compression control: CDE Valve technology with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) provides in-vehicle compression adjustment and active damping changes based on onboard sensors.
• Rear damping: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving for improved handling and ride quality.
• Front suspension geometry: ICON 4-Link kit eliminates radius arm bind, maintains positive caster through travel, and improves articulation and ride quality.
• Track bar and steering: Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar correct bump steer and allow on-vehicle alignment tuning; ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir improves steering damping.
• Rear lift hardware: Heavy-duty fabricated rear lift blocks and U-bolt kit provide approximately 2" of rear lift and are designed for towing/hauling and off-road stresses.
• Included installation hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Construction & serviceability: CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components; corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts; shocks are fully serviceable.

Notes:

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD applications only; will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Lift heights vary by model and equipment: diesel without Tremor ~4–5.5" front; diesel with Tremor ~3–4.5" front; gas without Tremor ~4.5–6" front; gas with Tremor ~3.5–5" front. Lift heights referenced for stock-equipped vehicles; some listings are based on 4WD crew cab diesel.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Recommended maximum aftermarket tire size up to 37" x 12.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset approximately 6 mm; OEM wheels and tires will fit.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app for system configuration and wireless control.
• Due to tight clearances and varying wiring harness placement in the upper front passenger wheel well area, the installer must ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing; if adequate clearance cannot be achieved, additional modification may be required.
