This 4-5.5” coilover conversion system lifts 4WD Super Duty trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. The Stage 8 system combines ride-height adjustable remote-reservoir coilovers, an ICON 4-Link front suspension kit, adjustable track bar components, steering stabilizer, rear shock upgrades, and leaf spring expansion packs to provide enhanced on-road comfort, towing stability, and rugged off-road performance.

• Bolt-in coilovers fit the OE coil bucket location and provide 4–5.5" of front lift (vehicle- and option-dependent).
• ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with CDEV compression valve technology for in-vehicle and active damping adjustment via ICON Intelligent Control.
• Option to add secondary shocks in the stock location to increase damping capacity.
• ICON 4-Link system eliminates radius-arm binding, maintains positive caster through travel, and improves articulation and ride quality.
• Fabricated track bar drop bracket centers the axle under the frame and reduces bump steer; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning.
• Centerline steering stabilizer with 2.5 aluminum piggyback reservoir improves steering damping and ground clearance.
• ICON 2.5 aluminum series piggyback rear shocks tuned for vehicle-specific performance and improved ride over 2.0 series shocks.
• Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift while improving ride quality and reducing axle wrap.
• Included hardware includes sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Durable construction with CNC-machined, laser-cut, brake-formed components, CAD-plated coilover bodies, and hard-anodized shock and stabilizer components.

Notes:

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications; only fits 4WD models and single-rear-wheel configurations.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Removal of the factory coil centering cup in the coil bucket is required for installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Recommended maximum tire size: 37" x 12.50". Larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes (examples): 17x8.5 (5.0" backspace, 6mm offset), 18x9 (5.25" backspace, 6mm offset), 20x9 (5.25" backspace, 6mm offset).
• Secondary remote-reservoir shock installation may require additional reservoir doubler or adapter kits; compatible secondary CDEV shocks require specific adapter parts.
• A compatible device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app to configure and monitor CDEV settings.
• Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) where applicable.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, additional parts may be required.
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well, ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoirs, and other components to prevent chafing or damage.
• Lift heights indicated are for stock-equipped vehicles and may vary with equipment, cab style, and options.
• Typical front lift height ranges by powertrain and Tremor option:
  • Diesel without Tremor: 4.0–5.5"
  • Diesel with Tremor: 3.0–4.5"
  • Gas without Tremor: 4.5–6.0"
  • Gas with Tremor: 3.5–5.0"
• Rear lift from leaf spring expansion packs: ~2".
