ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4–5.5" coilover conversion system for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD. This Stage 8 system improves ride quality and performance, allows fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations, and is suited for on-road driving, towing, job-site duty, washboard gravel roads, and more aggressive off-road use.

• Bolt-in design: Fits in the OE coil bucket location for straightforward installation.
• Adjustable front lift: ICON 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilovers provide end-user ride height adjustability (typical range 4–5.5" depending on model and configuration).
• Remote reservoir technology: Increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under heavy use.
• Optional secondary shocks: Coilover design allows mounting of secondary shocks in the stock location to double damping capacity.
• ICON 4-Link system: Eliminates suspension bind from factory radius arms, maintains positive caster through travel, and improves articulation and ride quality.
• Track bar solutions: Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar center the axle under the frame, reduce bump steer, and allow fine tuning of track alignment.
• Steering stabilizer: ICON 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir improves steering damping and ground clearance.
• Rear lift components: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit designed for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road use, paired with ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks tuned for vehicle-specific performance.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV: Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) enables near-instantaneous, vehicle-aware compression damping adjustments; wireless control via the IIC app.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended front brake lines.
• Durable construction: CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components with corrosion-resistant finishes and 7/8" shafts on shock bodies and stabilizer.

Recommended fitment and wheels/tires

• OEM wheels & tires: Compatible.
• Maximum recommended tire: 37" x 12.50".
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).

Notes:

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD models only.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
• Ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and other components in the upper front-passenger wheel well area to prevent chafing or damage; verify clearances prior to installation.
• Lift height ranges vary by model and Tremor package:
  • Diesel, without Tremor: front 4.5–6.0".
  • Diesel, with Tremor: front 3.0–4.5".
  • Gas, without Tremor: front 4.5–6.0".
  • Gas, with Tremor: front 3.5–5.0".
  • Typical Stage 8 advertised front range: 4–5.5" (varies by vehicle configuration).
• Rear raise: approximately 2".
• Secondary shock options available. If installing ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks, reservoir doubler kit part number 611003 is required. If secondary shocks are CDEV-equipped, part number 191207 is required.
