This Stage 7 coilover conversion system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road performance. The kit is designed for on-road comfort, towing, job-site duty, washboard roads, and more aggressive off-road use, and allows fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications (single rear wheel only).
• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers provide front lift (see notes for model-specific ranges).
• Secondary front shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote-reservoir secondary front shocks double front damping capacity and improve off-road performance.
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap versus lift blocks.
• Shock technology: Front, front-secondary, and rear shocks use CDCV (externally adjustable) valves offering 10 levels of compression damping adjustment.
• 4-Link system: ICON 4-Link eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster through the travel range for superior on- and off-road manners.
• Track bar: Fabricated track bar drop bracket centers the axle under the frame and reduces bump steer; included adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning.
• Steering stabilizer: 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir improves steering damping and ground clearance for larger tires.
• Hardware and accessories: Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant coatings and 7/8" shafts on shock bodies and stabilizer components.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable for long-term maintenance.
• Performance benefit: Vehicle-specific shock valving and system tuning increase wheel travel, reduce road feedback, and deliver improved ride quality and control on- and off-road.

• Fits OEM wheels and tires.
• Recommended maximum tire: 37" x 12.50"; larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Only fits 4WD models; does not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Lift heights are for a stock-equipped vehicle and may vary by cab, bed, engine, and trim.
• Typical front lift ranges by configuration:
  • Diesel without Tremor: approximately 4.0"–5.5".
  • Diesel with Tremor: approximately 3.0"–4.5".
  • Gas without Tremor: approximately 4.5"–6.0".
  • Gas with Tremor: approximately 3.5"–5.0".
• Requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Vehicles equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps, Onboard Scales, or other vehicle-specific systems may require additional parts or modifications; reduction in rear spring rate may affect Onboard Scales accuracy.
• Due to tight clearances and varying wiring-harness locations in the upper front passenger wheel well, ensure adequate clearance between the harness and the coilover reservoir to prevent chafing or damage; relocation or trimming may be required.
