ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 4-5.5" Coilover Conversion System

This Stage 7 coilover conversion system for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD provides a substantial front lift while improving on-road comfort, towing performance, and off-road capability. Designed as a complete suspension solution, it combines ride-height adjustability, remote reservoir damping, and component upgrades to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations and more demanding driving conditions.

• Fitment: Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications.
• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable 2.5 Series CDCV coilovers provide 4–5.5" of front lift (ranges vary by powertrain and factory packages).
• Remote reservoirs: 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade under hard use.
• Secondary front shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir secondary front shocks included to effectively double front damping capability.
• 4-Link system: Front 4-Link kit eliminates binding during articulation and maintains positive caster through travel for improved ride quality and control.
• Track bar improvements: Fabricated track bar drop bracket recenters the axle and reduces bump steer; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning and improved handling.
• Steering stabilizer: 2.5 Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir offers increased steering damping and improved control with larger tires.
• Rear lift: Heavy-duty fabricated rear lift blocks and U-bolt kit provide a 2" rear lift and are built for towing, hauling, and off-road use.
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback rear shocks are vehicle-specific tuned for improved handling and ride quality.
• CDC valves: Externally adjustable valves provide 10 settings of compression damping adjustment on front, front-secondary, and rear shocks.
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines are included.
• Construction: High-quality CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant finishes and 7/8" shock shafts for durability.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; not compatible with F-350/F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Recommended maximum tire size: 37" x 12.50"; larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: approximately 6 mm offset; compatible wheel sizes include 17x8.5 (5.00" backspace), 18x9 (5.25" backspace), and 20x9 (5.25" backspace).
• Shocks are fully serviceable; listed lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle and on a 4WD crew cab diesel unless otherwise noted.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Front lift ranges vary by model and factory package:
  • Super Duty diesel without Tremor: approximately 4.0–5.5"
  • Super Duty diesel with Tremor: approximately 3.0–4.5"
  • Super Duty gas without Tremor: approximately 4.5–6.0"
  • Super Duty gas with Tremor: approximately 3.5–5.0"
• Installer must ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and nearby components to prevent chafing or damage prior to completing installation.
