This 4–5.5" coilover conversion Stage 6 suspension system lifts 2023–2025 Ford Super Duty trucks while improving ride quality, towing performance, and the ability to run larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Designed for on-road comfort, towing, job-site duty and off-road use, the system combines ride-height-adjustable remote-reservoir coilovers, a 4-link front kit, upgraded rear shocks and leaf spring expansion packs for a complete suspension solution.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD models; does not fit F-350/F-450 cab & chassis configurations.
• Front lift: Nominal 4–5.5" front lift from ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers; actual front lift range varies by engine and Tremor package (see notes).
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift while improving small-bump compliance and reducing axle wrap.
• Coilovers: Bolt-in, ride-height-adjustable ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with increased oil volume and heat dissipation; optional mounting for secondary shocks to double damping capacity.
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving for improved handling and ride quality.
• Front 4-Link kit: Eliminates binding from factory radius arms, maintains positive caster throughout travel and improves articulation and on-/off-road ride quality.
• Track bar: Fabricated drop bracket recenters the axle and reduces bump steer; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning and a more rigid steering connection.
• Steering stabilizers: Dual opposing stabilizer kit with anodized bodies and 5/8" shafts to reduce undesirable steering feedback from larger tires.
• Hardware & protective items: Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers and stainless steel braided front brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC-machined, laser-cut and brake-formed components; corrosion-resistant finishes and fully rebuildable, re-tunable shocks.
• Recommended tires: Up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications).
• Recommended wheels: Suitable wheel sizes and offsets support aggressive fitments; aftermarket wheel backspace and offset should be chosen to ensure proper fitment and clearance.

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only for certain configurations; confirm SRW compatibility for your vehicle.
• Front lift ranges by model and package:
  • Diesel, without Tremor: approximately 4–5.5".
  • Diesel, with Tremor: approximately 3–4.5".
  • Gas, without Tremor: approximately 4.5–6".
  • Gas, with Tremor: approximately 3.5–5".
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for stock-equipped vehicles.
• Removal of the factory coil centering cup in the coil bucket is required for installation.
• Secondary reservoir shock options are available; a reservoir doubler kit may be required when installing ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir secondary shocks.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• If the vehicle is equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or onboard scales, additional hardware or modifications may be required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may affect the accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped.
• Ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness and the coilover reservoir/reservoir hose routing to prevent chafing or damage.
