ICON Vehicle Dynamics

This 4–5.5" coilover conversion system is designed for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD. It converts the front suspension to ride-height-adjustable 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers for improved on-road comfort, towing performance, and off-road capability while allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire fitment. The system includes options to mount secondary shocks, a 4-link to eliminate articulation bind and maintain caster, a track bar drop and adjustable track bar to correct geometry, a dual opposing steering stabilizer, heavy-duty rear lift blocks, and vehicle-specific rear piggyback shocks.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD
• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide approximately 4–5.5" of front lift (vehicle- and package-dependent)
• Coilover features: 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with increased oil volume and heat dissipation; corrosion-resistant bodies; fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Secondary shock option: Bolt-in coilovers allow mounting of secondary shocks in the stock location to double damping capability
• Front suspension upgrade: ICON 4-Link system eliminates binding, preserves positive caster through travel, and improves ride quality and articulation
• Steering and alignment: Fabricated track bar drop bracket recenters the axle and reduces bump steer; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle alignment tuning
• Steering stabilizer: Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with anodized bodies and 5/8" shafts improves steering damping for larger tires
• Rear lift and shocks: Heavy-duty fabricated rear lift blocks and ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks tuned for improved handling and ride quality
• Included hardware: Front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines, and U-bolt kit
• Construction: High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350 / F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and will vary by configuration.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Secondary shock options are available; installing ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks requires the reservoir doubler kit (part number 611003).
• Installer must ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, the coilover reservoir, and nearby components to prevent chafing or damage; address any clearance issues before final assembly.
• Recommended tire size: Up to 37" x 12.50".
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.0" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Typical front lift ranges (vehicle- and package-dependent):
  • Diesel without Tremor: ~4–5.5"
  • Diesel with Tremor: ~3–4.5"
  • Gas without Tremor: ~4.5–6"
  • Gas with Tremor: ~3.5–5"
• Rear lift: Approximately 2".
