This 4–5.5" coilover conversion suspension system lifts 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD trucks while improving on-road comfort, towing stability, and off-road performance. The Stage 5 kit is ride-height adjustable, increases wheel travel, and supports larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Ride height adjustable 2.5 Series remote-reservoir CDCV coilovers with increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation
• Option to install secondary shocks in the stock location to double damping capacity (secondary shock hardware sold separately)
• Externally adjustable CDC valves providing 10 levels of compression damping adjustment
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets to correct suspension geometry and maintain proper caster and alignment
• Fabricated track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar to center the axle, reduce bump steer, and allow on-vehicle alignment tuning
• Centerline steering stabilizer (2.5 Aluminum Series) with piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping and ground clearance
• Leaf spring expansion packs providing approximately 2" of rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap
• Rear 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback CDCV shocks with vehicle-specific valving
• Includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines
• High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and formed components with corrosion-resistant plated and hard-anodized finishes and 7/8" shafts
• Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

Notes

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD models only; will not fit F-350/F-450 cab & chassis models
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only
• Front lift varies by engine and Tremor package:
  • Diesel, without Tremor: approximately 4.0"–5.5"
  • Diesel, with Tremor: approximately 3.0"–4.5"
  • Gas, without Tremor: approximately 4.5"–6.0"
  • Gas, with Tremor: approximately 3.5"–5.0"
• Rear lift provided by leaf spring expansion packs: approximately 2"
• Recommended tire fitment: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications)
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes (verify fitment for specific vehicle): 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 (approximate backspacing/offset may be required)
• Removal of the factory coil centering cup in the coil bucket is required for installation
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation
• If vehicle is equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or onboard scales, additional hardware is required
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped
• Lift heights listed are based on stock-equipped vehicles; actual results may vary
• Shocks are serviceable; secondary shock installation may require additional reservoir/adapter hardware
• Ensure adequate clearance between vehicle wiring harnesses and coilover reservoirs to prevent chafing or damage during installation
