ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 4-5.5" Coilover Conversion System

This Stage 5 coilover conversion system is designed to lift and improve the ride quality and performance of 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD trucks while allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheels and tires. Engineered for on-road driving, towing, job-site duty, washboard gravel, and more aggressive off-road use.

• Fits: 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications
• Bolt-in installation into the OE coil bucket location
• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers providing 4–5.5" of lift (front range varies by model and trim)
• Adjustable compression: CDCV remote reservoir coilovers and rear shocks with externally adjustable valves offering 10 compression settings
• Option to mount secondary shocks in the stock location to increase damping capacity
• Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and caster for optimal alignment
• Fabricated track bar drop bracket reduces track bar angle and corrects bump steer; adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle fine tuning
• Centerline steering stabilizer with piggyback reservoir improves steering damping and ground clearance
• Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear lift blocks with U-bolt kit for rear lift and towing/haul duty
• Included fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines
• High-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant coatings; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights shown are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• When installing, ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and surrounding components to prevent chafing or damage.
• Secondary remote reservoir shock options are available; additional hardware may be required.
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 37" x 12.50".
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 6 mm.
• Rear lift provided by the heavy-duty rear blocks is approximately 2".
• Lift heights and final fitment can vary by cab configuration, drivetrain, and factory options; lift heights listed are based on 4WD crew cab diesel unless otherwise specified.

Typical front lift ranges by configuration:

• Super Duty diesel without Tremor package: approximately 4–5.5"
• Super Duty diesel with Tremor package: approximately 3–4.5"
• Super Duty gas without Tremor package: approximately 4.5–6"
• Super Duty gas with Tremor package: approximately 3.5–5"
