This 4-5.5" coilover conversion system is a Stage 4 suspension upgrade for 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD. It improves ride quality and handling for on-road, towing, job site, and off-road use while allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Ride height adjustable 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers — bolt-in design that fits the OE coil bucket and provides tunable front lift.
• Optional secondary shocks — system allows mounting secondary shocks in the stock location to increase damping capacity.
• Remote reservoirs — increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use.
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets — correct suspension geometry and maintain proper caster for alignment.
• Track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar — centers the axle, reduces bump steer, and allows on-vehicle alignment fine-tuning.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit — improves steering damping and reduces undesirable feedback from larger tires.
• Leaf spring expansion packs — provide 2" of rear lift, improve small-bump compliance, and reduce axle wrap versus lift blocks.
• Vehicle-specific shock valving — ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series coilovers and piggyback rear shocks tuned for improved handling and ride quality.
• Durable hardware — fabricated sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended front brake lines included.
• Serviceable components — shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable; corrosion-resistant finishes and robust shaft diameters for longevity.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models for 2023-2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty.
• Will not fit F-350 / F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Front lift ranges vary by engine and vehicle configuration:
  • Diesel without Tremor: 4.0"–5.5" over stock.
  • Diesel with Tremor: 3.0"–4.5" over stock.
  • Gas without Tremor: 4.5"–6.0" over stock.
  • Gas with Tremor: 3.5"–5.0" over stock.
• Rear lift: approximately 2" using the included leaf spring expansion packs.
• Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle and may vary with cab/body configuration, optional packages, and wheel/tire choice.
• OEM wheels and tires will fit. Recommended aftermarket tire size up to 37" x 12.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: approximately 6 mm offset; recommended wheel widths/backspace examples: 17x8.5 with 5" backspace, 18x9 with 5.25" backspace, 20x9 with 5.25" backspace.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Secondary shock / reservoir options are available; if installing remote reservoir secondary shocks, a reservoir doubler kit is required.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or onboard scales, an additional kit is required (refer to vehicle-specific requirements and part references).
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness and the coilover reservoir and other components in the upper front-passenger wheel well to prevent chafing or damage.
• Shocks are fully serviceable and re-tunable for long-term maintenance and performance tuning.
