This 4-5.5" coilover conversion Stage 4 suspension system is designed for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD. It improves on-road comfort, towing and hauling capability, and off-road performance while allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Bolt-in coilover conversion installs in the OE coil bucket location and provides ride-height adjustability.
• 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers for increased oil volume, heat dissipation and resistance to damper fade under hard use.
• Optional secondary shocks can be mounted in the stock location to double damping capacity.
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and maintain proper caster for alignment.
• Track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar center the axle, reduce bump steer and allow on-vehicle alignment tuning.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with aluminum-bodied stabilizers improves steering damping and control with larger tires.
• Heavy-duty rear lift blocks and U-bolts designed for towing/hauling and aggressive off-road use; rear shocks feature piggyback reservoirs with vehicle-specific valving.
• Corrosion-resistant finishes on shock bodies and stainless steel braided front brake lines for durability.
• Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term serviceability and performance adjustments.
• Included hardware includes front sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and extended stainless steel brake lines.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and other modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes:
  • 17 x 8.5 with 5.0" backspace (6 mm offset)
  • 18 x 9 with 5.25" backspace (6 mm offset)
  • 20 x 9 with 5.25" backspace (6 mm offset)
• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350 / F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Front lift height varies by model and package:
  • Diesel without Tremor: 4.0"–5.5"
  • Diesel with Tremor: 3.0"–4.5"
  • Gas without Tremor: 4.5"–6.0"
  • Gas with Tremor: 3.5"–5.0"
• Rear lift: 2.0".
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and may vary with options and configurations.
• Removal of the factory coil centering cup in the coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Secondary shock options are available; if installing remote reservoir secondary shocks a reservoir doubler kit is also required.
• Ensure adequate clearance in the upper front-passenger wheel well between the vehicle wiring harness and the coilover reservoir to prevent chafing or damage; if adequate clearance cannot be achieved, seek professional assistance.
