This Stage 3 4–5.5" coilover conversion system improves ride quality, on- and off-road performance, and allows fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations for 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD Super Duty trucks. Designed for towing, daily driving, and light-to-moderate off-road duty, the kit provides adjustable front ride height, increased damping capacity, and upgraded rear spring support.

• Ride height adjustable 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers provide the primary front lift and allow end-user height adjustment.
• Stage 3 tuning optimized for on-road comfort, towing, and off-road capability.
• Secondary shock provision—coilovers accept optional secondary shocks to double damping capacity when desired.
• Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling surface to resist overheating and cavitation under heavy use.
• Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and ensure proper wheel alignment with OE radius arms.
• Track bar drop bracket recenters the axle and reduces bump steer and steering feedback.
• Dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with anodized bodies and large-diameter shafts improves steering damping for larger tires.
• Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift with improved ride quality and reduced axle wrap versus lift blocks.
• Rear shocks vehicle-specific 2.5 Aluminum Series internal-reservoir rear shocks tuned for improved handling and ride quality.
• Included hardware fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel extended brake lines.
• Durable construction CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant finishes; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes:

• Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD Super Duty applications. Only compatible with 4WD models; will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Recommended maximum tire size up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset approximately 6 mm; common wheel sizes used with this kit include 17x8.5, 18x9, and 20x9 with appropriate backspacing.
• Front lift ranges vary by engine and Tremor package: diesel without Tremor ~4–5.5", diesel with Tremor ~3–4.5", gas without Tremor ~4.5–6", gas with Tremor ~3.5–5". Actual lift depends on vehicle configuration and options.
• Rear lift from leaf spring expansion packs is approximately 2".
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• If the vehicle is equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or onboard scales, additional components or provisions may be required for proper fitment and function.
• When installing secondary remote-reservoir shocks, a reservoir doubler kit is required for proper installation.
• Use with an adjustable track bar is recommended to restore proper steering geometry after lift.
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well, ensure adequate clearance between wiring harnesses and the coilover reservoir to prevent chafing or damage.
