ICON 4-5.5" Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System — 2023-2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD

This Stage 3 coilover conversion system lifts 4WD 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty trucks while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road performance. Designed for on-road driving, towing, job site duty and off-road use, the system allows fitment of larger wheel and tire combinations and provides user-adjustable ride height.

• Fitment: 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD applications
• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers provide approximately 4–5.5" of front lift (varies by engine and package; see notes)
• Rear lift: Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit raise the rear approximately 2"
• Coilover design: Bolt-in coilovers fit in the OE coil bucket location and allow optional mounting of secondary shocks in the stock location
• Remote reservoirs: Increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving
• Steering: Radius arm drop brackets correct geometry and caster; track bar drop bracket centers the axle and reduces bump steer; dual opposing steering stabilizer kit improves steering damping
• Durability & serviceability: CNC machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components; shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Included hardware: Fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, stainless steel braided extended front brake lines
• Corrosion resistance: Anodized and CAD-plated shock bodies and corrosion-resistant finishes on hardware

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes
• Recommended tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications)
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: approximately 6 mm offset; recommended wheel widths include 17x8.5", 18x9", and 20x9"
• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 cab & chassis models; fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install
• Lift heights indicated are for stock-equipped vehicles; lift heights vary by engine and factory package:
  • Diesel models without Tremor: approximately 4.0–5.5" front
  • Diesel models with Tremor: approximately 3.0–4.5" front
  • Gas models without Tremor: approximately 4.5–6.0" front
  • Gas models with Tremor: approximately 3.5–5.0" front
• If installing with ICON 2.5 Series secondary remote reservoir shocks, a reservoir doubler kit is required
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, the coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage
• Use with an adjustable track bar is recommended to properly center the axle after lift
