This 4–5.5" Stage 2 coilover conversion system for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD improves ride quality and suspension performance while allowing larger wheel and tire combinations. It is designed for on-road and towing use as well as mild off-road duty.

The system uses ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with user-adjustable ride height and optional secondary shocks in the stock location. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and heat dissipation to resist damper fade. Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and caster, and a fabricated track bar drop bracket recenters the axle and reduces bump steer. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers and rear remote-reservoir shocks are vehicle-specifically valved for improved steering damping and ride quality. Leaf spring expansion packs provide rear lift and improved small-bump compliance while reducing axle wrap. The kit also includes sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended front brake lines.

• Fitment: 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD applications (single rear wheel)
• Front lift: Ride-height adjustable ICON 2.5 Series coilovers providing approximately 4–5.5" of front lift (actual range varies by model and trim)
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2" of rear lift

Recommended wheel and tire guidance: Supports up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications). Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes and offsets include 17x8.5 (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9 (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), and 20x9 (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Lift heights vary by powertrain and trim: diesel without Tremor ~4–5.5" front, diesel with Tremor ~3–4.5" front, gas without Tremor ~4.5–6" front, gas with Tremor ~3.5–5" front. Exact heights depend on vehicle configuration.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Secondary shock installation with ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir units requires the reservoir doubler kit (part number 611003).
• If the vehicle is equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or Onboard Scales, part number 611081 is also required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may affect accuracy of Onboard Scales, if equipped.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well, ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness and the coilover reservoir to prevent chafing or damage.
• Use with an adjustable track bar is recommended to properly center the axle (e.g., 64038 adjustable track bar).
