This 4–5.5" coilover conversion system is designed for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD models. The Stage 2 kit improves on-road comfort, towing stability and mild off-road performance while allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

Overview: The system uses 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with ride-height adjustability and bolt-in fitment to the OE coil bucket. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and heat dissipation to resist damper fade. The kit includes fabricated radius arm drop brackets to correct suspension geometry, a track bar drop bracket to center the axle and reduce bump steer, and provisions to mount secondary shocks in the stock location for increased damping. Additional components include a dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with aluminum shocks, heavy-duty 5" rear lift blocks and U-bolts, vehicle-specific rear remote reservoir shocks, front sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and extended stainless steel brake lines.

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models; does not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Recommended maximum tire: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended wheels (examples): 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Front lift ranges vary by vehicle configuration:
  • Diesel without Tremor: approximately 4.0–5.5"
  • Diesel with Tremor: approximately 3.0–4.5"
  • Gas without Tremor: approximately 4.5–6.0"
  • Gas with Tremor: approximately 3.5–5.0"
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on 4WD crew cab diesel where noted.
• Secondary remote-shock installation may require a reservoir doubler kit (part number 611003) when using ICON 2.5 Series secondary shocks.
• Ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and other components in the upper front-passenger wheel well area to prevent chafing or damage.
