This 4–5.5" coilover conversion system is a bolt-in suspension upgrade for 2023–2025 Super Duty trucks that improves on-road comfort, towing manners, and mild off-road capability while allowing larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• Application: Fits 2023–2025 F-250 / F-350 4WD models (bolt-in coil bucket installation).
• Front suspension: Ride-height adjustable 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers providing approximately 4–5.5" of front lift (actual range varies by engine and factory Tremor package).
• Optional damping: Coilovers allow mounting of secondary shocks in the stock location to double damping capacity when desired.
• Heat management: Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under heavy use.
• Geometry correction: Fabricated radius arm drop brackets restore suspension geometry and caster for proper alignment.
• Axle centering & steering: Fabricated track bar drop bracket centers the axle under the frame and reduces bump steer and steering feedback.
• Rear lift: Leaf spring expansion packs provide approximately 2" of rear lift with improved small-bump compliance and reduced axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal-reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving for improved handling and ride quality.
• Included hardware: Front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and stainless steel braided extended brake lines.
• Construction: High-quality CNC-machined, laser-cut, and brake-formed components with corrosion-resistant finishes on coilover and shock bodies.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Warranty: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-350/F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) configurations only.
• Front lift ranges vary by powertrain and Tremor package:
  • Diesel without Tremor: approximately 4–5.5".
  • Diesel with Tremor: approximately 3–4.5".
  • Gas without Tremor: approximately 4.5–6".
  • Gas with Tremor: approximately 3.5–5".
• Rear lift is approximately 2" with the leaf spring expansion packs.
• Tire fitment: up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5 (≈5.0" backspace), 18x9 (≈5.25" backspace), 20x9 (≈5.25" backspace); a small negative offset (~6 mm) is commonly recommended for proper fitment.
• Removal of the factory coil centering cup in the coil bucket is required for installation.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Secondary shock options are available; installing remote-reservoir secondary shocks may require an additional reservoir/doubler kit.
• Vehicles equipped with dynamic bending headlamps and/or onboard scales may require additional vehicle-specific hardware and may experience reduced onboard scale accuracy if rear spring rate is reduced.
• Installer must verify adequate clearance between the coilover reservoir and the vehicle’s wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area to prevent chafing or damage.
• An adjustable track bar is recommended to properly center the axle and achieve correct alignment after installation.
