This 4–5.5" coilover conversion system lifts 2023–2025 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD models while improving ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. Designed for on-road, towing, and mild off-road use, it allows fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

The system features 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with end-user ride height adjustability, optional secondary shock mounting in the stock location, and remote reservoirs for increased oil volume and heat dissipation. Fabricated radius arm drop brackets and a fabricated track bar drop bracket correct suspension geometry and bump steer. The rear lift uses heavy-duty fabricated 5" blocks and an included U-bolt kit. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks are vehicle-spec tuned for improved handling and ride quality. The kit also includes sway bar drop brackets, aluminum bump stop spacers, and high-quality stainless steel extended front brake lines.

• Coilovers: 2.5 Series remote reservoir; bolt-in to OE coil bucket location; corrosion-resistant CAD plated bodies with 7/8" shafts
• Rear shocks: 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir; anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts; fully rebuildable and re-tunable
• Geometry correction: Radius arm drop brackets correct caster/alignment; track bar drop bracket centers the axle and reduces bump steer
• Braking: Stainless steel braided front brake lines / extended stainless steel lines included
• Durability: Heavy-duty fabricated components; lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage/sagging and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect

Additional features: Increased wheel travel and ride quality over stock, option for secondary shocks to double damping capacity, and components manufactured with CNC machining, laser cutting, and brake forming.

Notes:

• Fits 4WD models only; does not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Recommended maximum tire: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications).
• Recommended wheel sizes/offsets: 17"x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18"x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20"x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Removal of the factory coil centering cup in the coil bucket is required for installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Lift height ranges (front) vary by engine and Tremor package:
  • Diesel without Tremor: 4"–5.5"
  • Diesel with Tremor: 3"–4.5"
  • Gas without Tremor: 4.5"–6"
  • Gas with Tremor: 3.5"–5"
  Rear lift is approximately 2".
• If installing with remote reservoir secondary shocks, a reservoir doubler kit (part number 611003) is required.
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage.
• Shocks are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and re-tunable.
