ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 2.5-3" Coilover System

The Stage 4 2.5–3" coilover system is a bolt-in coilover conversion designed to lift 4WD Super Duty trucks while improving ride quality, control, and off-road capability. Built from ICON’s 2.5 VS Series platform with CDCV adjustability, this kit offers on-vehicle ride tuning, enhanced damping, and durable hardware for towing, job-site duty, and general off-road use.

• Bolt-in fitment installs in the OE coil bucket location.
• Adjustable ride height provides approximately 2.5–3" of front lift (final range depends on vehicle configuration).
• ICON-engineered coil springs with lifetime guarantee against sagging or breakage.
• 2.5" remote reservoir coilovers with vehicle-specific valving based on the 2.5 VS Series.
• CDCV adjustable damping on front and rear shocks with 10 compression settings for external tuning.
• Shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable for long-term serviceability.
• Corrosion-resistant construction — CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts and one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders on rear 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks.
• FK rod end bearings for reduced deflection and extended longevity.
• Adjustable on-vehicle front track bar to ensure proper axle placement and improved handling.
• Dual steering stabilizer kit for smoother wheel control while driving.
• Coilover conversion allows addition of a secondary shock (secondary shock options available).
• OEM wheels & tires remain compatible.

• Fits 4WD models only.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Will not fit 2024 models.
• Front lift range varies by engine, Tremor package, and rear wheel configuration; typical ranges span approximately 1.5"–3.5" depending on vehicle configuration.
• Maximum rear lift: 3".
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5", 18x9", 20x9" with approximately 6mm offset recommended.
• Tire fitment: Use up to 35" x 12.50" tires; 37" x 12.50" tires may fit but will likely require minor fender trimming and other modifications.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Rare cases may require a 2.6° alignment cam on one side of the vehicle to correct caster split.
• Brake line kit (part 61111) is optional for users who prefer to avoid bending the factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade; this kit is not required for a complete install.
• Use of a track bar bracket (part 64039) is recommended to correct bump steer geometry.
• Ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and surrounding components to prevent chafing or damage; address any clearance issues before final installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable and revalveable.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
