ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Ford Super Duty Coilover Conversion

Designed to provide a height-adjustable option to the ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" Ford Super Duty suspension, this coilover conversion delivers improved on-road ride quality and off-road performance while allowing end-user ride height adjustability.

• Bolt-in design fits in the OE coil bucket location for straightforward installation.
• Corrosion-resistant aluminum shock bodies with 7/8" shafts for durability.
• Ride height adjustable coilovers offering year-dependent lift ranges to suit varied setups.
• Rebuildable and revalveable shocks allowing serviceability and tuning over time.
• Coilover conversion compatible with secondary shock for additional damping options.
• Fabricated, fully boxed radius arms with a sealed pivot bushing to minimize road feedback, provide on-vehicle caster adjustment, increased strength, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock.
• Increased wheel travel and ride quality compared to stock components, with reduced body roll and improved on- and off-road dynamics.
• Vehicle-specific shock valving tuned for balanced ride quality and control.

• OEM wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes include 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), and 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: up to 37" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and additional modifications.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Brake line kit is optional for users who prefer not to bend factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade; it is not required for a complete install.
• Track bar bracket is optional but recommended to correct steering geometry.
• Ships in multiple boxes.
• Front lift ranges by model year/configuration:
  • 2017–2019 Super Duty: approximately 4.0"–5.5" front lift over stock.
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty without Tremor package: approximately 4.75"–6.25" front lift over stock.
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty with Tremor package: approximately 3.75"–5.25" front lift over stock.
• Rear raise height: approximately 3.0".
