ICON Vehicle Dynamics Coilover Conversion for Ford Super Duty

Designed to add height-adjustable coilovers to ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford Super Duty suspension systems, this bolt-in conversion improves ride quality, increases wheel travel, and enhances on- and off-road performance while allowing user-adjustable ride height.

• Bolt-in design fits OE coil bucket location for straightforward installation.
• Ride height adjustable coilovers:
  • 2017–2019 models: Front lift range 4.0"–5.5".
  • 2020–2022 models (without Tremor): Front lift range 4.75"–6.25".
  • 2020–2022 models (with Tremor): Front lift range 3.75"–5.25".
• Improved dynamics — increased wheel travel, reduced body roll, and better on- and off-road ride quality.
• Vehicle-specific shock valving tuned for consistent control and comfort.
• Serviceable shocks — fully rebuildable and revalveable for long-term maintenance.
• Secondary shock capable — conversion allows addition of a secondary shock for heavy-duty or performance applications.
• Durable construction — corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock body with 7/8" shaft and rear shocks with one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for consistent finish and corrosion resistance.
• High-quality springs and bearings — coil springs guaranteed against sagging or breakage and rod-end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• Rear ride height raises approximately 3".
• Tire clearance supports up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications).
• Recommended wheel sizes include:
  • 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset
  • 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
  • 20x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
• Optional accessories — extended brake line kit available for users who prefer not to bend factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade (optional, not required for installation).
• Optional track bar bracket recommended to correct steering geometry.
• Packaging ships in multiple boxes.

• OEM wheels and tires fit.
• Recommended aftermarket tire: 37" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and modifications.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• The system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit for proper driveline angles.
• 7" systems using a 4-link in place of the factory radius arms do not require the use of alignment cams; caster can be adjusted by the lower link arms.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Secondary shock options are available.
• Brake line kit (part #61110) is optional for users who prefer not to bend factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade (not necessary for complete install).
• Track bar bracket (part #64039) is optional but recommended to correct steering geometry.
• Rear raise height is approximately 3".
