ICON Vehicle Dynamics Coilover Conversion for Ford Super Duty

Designed to add height-adjustable capability to ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford Super Duty suspension systems, these coilover conversions improve on-road ride quality and off-road performance while providing end-user ride-height adjustability.

• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: Up to 37" x 12.50". Larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications.
• Front lift ranges: 2017–2019 models: 4.0"–5.5"; 2020–2022 models without Tremor: 4.75"–6.25"; 2020–2022 models with Tremor: 3.75"–5.25".
• Rear raise height: 3.0".
• Shaft size: 7/8".

Notes

• 2020-up Super Duty models have a lower factory ride height than 2017–2019 trucks, resulting in approximately 0.75" additional lift height over advertised numbers.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit (33700).
• 7" systems using a 4-link in place of the factory radius arms do not require alignment cams; caster can be adjusted by the lower link arms.
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Removal of the coil-centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Secondary shock options are available.
• Brake line kit (Part #61110) is optional for those who prefer not to bend the factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade (not required for installation).
• Track bar bracket (Part #64039) is optional but recommended to correct steering geometry.
