ICON Coilover Conversion Kit for Ford Super Duty 4.5" Suspension

Designed to provide a height-adjustable option to ICON 4.5" Ford Super Duty suspension systems, this bolt-in coilover conversion improves on-road ride quality and off-road performance while allowing end-user ride height adjustability.

Recommended wheel fitment

• 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset
• 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
• 20x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset
• Recommended tire size: up to 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications)

Fitment & lift ranges

• 2017–2019 Super Duty: front lift range approximately 4.0"–5.5"
• 2020–2022 Super Duty without Tremor package: front lift range approximately 4.75"–6.25"
• 2020–2022 Super Duty with Tremor package: front lift range approximately 3.75"–5.25"
• Rear raise height: approximately 3"

• Optional extended brake line kit (part 61110)
• Optional track bar bracket (part 64039) recommended to correct steering geometry
• May require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit (part 33700) depending on vehicle configuration

Notes

• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation
• Secondary shock options are available
• Brake line kit is optional for users who prefer not to bend factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade (not necessary for complete install)
