ICON 2.5 VS Series Remote Reservoir Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Kit

The ICON 2.5 VS Series Remote Reservoir Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Kit adds performance and adjustability to 2017–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. The coilover conversion increases damping capability while providing user-adjustable ride height. Based on ICON’s 2.5 VS Series shocks, the kit features Eibach springs, FK rod end bearings, vehicle-specific valving, and a fully serviceable design for rebuilds or re-valving.

Notes

• OEM fitment: Compatible with factory wheels and tires.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys – 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset); 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset); 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Recommended tires: 35" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and modifications; up to 37" x 12.50" possible with minor fender trimming.
• Compatibility: Fits 4WD models only. Does not fit F-350/F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Springs: Rated for diesel engines only.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Installation: Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Secondary shocks: Secondary shock options are available.
• Brake line kit: Brake line kit (Part #61111) is optional for those who prefer not to bend the factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade; not necessary for a complete install.
• Rear shock compatibility: Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–3" of rear lift over stock. Maximum recommended rear lift is 3".
• Front lift ranges (vary by year and configuration): 2017–2019 Super Duty: 2.5–3.0" over stock; 2020–2022 without Tremor package: 3.25–3.75" over stock; 2020–2022 with Tremor package: 2.25–2.75" over stock. Lift ranges may also vary with single rear wheel (SRW) or dual rear wheel (DRW) configurations.
• Advanced systems: Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Accessory recommendation: Use with Track Bar Bracket Part Number 64039 where applicable.
