ICON 2.5 VS Series Remote Reservoir Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Kit

This bolt-in coilover conversion kit upgrades 2017–2023 F-250 and F-350 4WD pickup trucks for improved damping, ride control, and adjustable ride height. The kit is built from ICON’s 2.5 VS Series remote reservoir design with vehicle-specific valving and serviceable components for long-term performance.

• Bolt-in installation — fits in the OE coil bucket location for a direct replacement.

• Fits 4WD models only.
• Not compatible with F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Not compatible with 2024 models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for stock-equipped vehicles.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Secondary shock options are available.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• OEM wheels and tires will fit; recommended aftermarket wheel offset is 6 mm.
• Recommended tire sizing: up to 35" x 12.50"; up to 37" x 12.50" may fit with minor fender trimming.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–3" of rear lift over stock.
• An optional brake line kit is available for a braided stainless upgrade or to avoid bending factory steel lines; not required for installation.
• Due to tight clearances in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage.
• Front lift ranges by configuration:
  • 2017–2019 Super Duty: 2.5–3.0" front lift over stock.
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty without Tremor: 3.25–3.75" front lift over stock.
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty with Tremor: 2.25–2.75" front lift over stock.
  • 2023 Super Duty diesel without Tremor: 2.5–3.0" front lift over stock.
  • 2023 Super Duty diesel with Tremor: 1.5–2.0" front lift over stock.
  • 2023 Super Duty gas without Tremor: 3.0–3.5" front lift over stock.
  • 2023 Super Duty gas with Tremor: 2.0–2.5" front lift over stock.
• Front lift range varies based on model year, engine type, Tremor package, and single vs. dual rear wheel configuration; verify specific vehicle fitment before purchase.
