The 2.5 VS Series Remote Reservoir Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Kit adds performance and adjustability to 2017–2023 F-250 and F-350 pickup trucks. This bolt-in coilover conversion increases damping control while allowing user-defined ride height adjustment. Quality machined components and a fully serviceable design provide long-term durability with the ability to rebuild or re-valve as needed.

• 2020–2022 Super Duty (without Tremor): Front lift ~3.25"–3.75" over stock.
• 2020–2022 Super Duty (with Tremor): Front lift ~2.25"–2.75" over stock.
• 2023 Super Duty diesel (without Tremor): Front lift ~2.5"–3" over stock.
• 2023 Super Duty diesel (with Tremor): Front lift ~1.5"–2" over stock.
• 2023 Super Duty gas (without Tremor): Front lift ~3"–3.5" over stock.
• 2023 Super Duty gas (with Tremor): Front lift ~2"–2.5" over stock.
• Actual lift range varies by axle configuration (SRW/DRW), vehicle equipment, and rear lift—use these figures as general guidelines.

Wheels, Tires & Related Fitment

• OEM wheels & tires remain compatible.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5", 18x9", 20x9" with approximately 6mm offset.
• Recommended tire: 35 x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and modifications).
• In some configurations, tires up to 37 x 12.50" can fit with minor fender trimming.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift over stock.

Installation & Accessory Guidance

• May require an adjustable track bar or track bar bracket to realign the axle left-to-right or add strength.
• Extended brake line kit is optional for installers who prefer not to bend factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade.
• Secondary shock options are available for additional damping control.
• Shock serviceability: shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights listed assume a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Ensure adequate clearance between the vehicle wiring harness and the coilover reservoir to prevent chafing or damage during installation.
• ADAS recalibration is required after installation.
• Not compatible with 2024 models.

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis models.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Secondary shock options are available.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Due to tight clearances and varying wiring harness placement in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, installers must ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage.
