ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Ford Super Duty Coilover Conversion

Designed as a height-adjustable coilover conversion for Ford Super Duty suspension, the Stage 5 system improves on-road ride quality and off-road capability while allowing end-user ride height adjustment. The package includes a radius arm system with sealed pivot bushings and a fabricated, fully boxed design optimized for strength and tire clearance at full lock.

• Height-adjustable coilovers: 4–5.5" of lift over stock for tunable ride height.
• Sealed pivot bushings: Minimize road feedback for long life and quiet operation.
• Fabricated, fully boxed radius arms: Optimized profile for strength and clearance; allows clearance for up to a 37" tall tire without contacting the radius arm at full steering lock.
• Durable shock construction: Corrosion-resistant plated coilover shock body with 7/8" shaft; rear shocks use one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish.
• Serviceable shocks: Shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable for long-term serviceability.
• Rod end bearings: High-quality rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• Bolt-in installation: Fits in the OE coil bucket location for straightforward installation.
• Improved dynamics: Increased wheel travel, reduced body roll, and vehicle-specific shock valving for enhanced on- and off-road ride quality and control.
• Secondary shock provision: Coilover conversion allows addition of a secondary shock; secondary shock options available.
• On-vehicle caster adjustment: Radius arms with drop brackets provide caster adjustment, increased strength, and improved tire clearance at steering lock.

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset.
• Recommended tires: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit (33700).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Wide-steer equipped trucks require stabilizer part number 66515 (quantity 2).
• Ships in multiple boxes.
• Front raise: 4–5.5" over stock. Rear raise: 1.5" with single rear wheels (SRW); rear raise may be 3" depending on configuration.
