ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Ford Super Duty Coilover Conversion

Designed as a height-adjustable conversion for ICON 4.5" Ford Super Duty suspension systems, this Stage 4 kit improves on-road ride quality and off-road performance while providing end-user ride height adjustability.

• Bolt-in installation fits in the OE coil bucket location.
• Sealed pivot bushings on radius arms minimize road feedback for quieter, longer-lasting operation.
• Fully boxed, fabricated radius arms deliver increased strength and are profiled for tire clearance at full steering lock to accommodate up to a 37" tall tire without contact.
• Ride height adjustable coilovers — approximately 4" to 5.5" of lift over stock.
• Corrosion-resistant coilover shock body with a 7/8" shaft; shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable.
• One-piece impact-extruded aluminum rear shock cylinders for improved corrosion resistance and a consistent finish.
• Rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• Increased wheel travel and reduced body roll for improved on- and off-road dynamics.
• Coilover conversion compatible with secondary shock addition (secondary shock options available).
• On-vehicle caster adjustment via fabricated radius arms with drop brackets for improved alignment and tire clearance.

• Front raise: 4"–5.5"
• Rear raise options: 1.5" or 3"
• Coilover travel and valving: vehicle-specific shock valving for ride quality and control

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" w/ 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" w/ 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9" w/ 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit (33700).
• Radius arm / 4-link frame brackets will require minor drilling into the frame to complete installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
